I’m On Hiatus This Week, But That’s Good News For You!

I am on hiatus from the blog this week.

At the request of my publisher, Thomas Nelson, I’ve recently written a six-part video companion series to my book 30 Days to Understanding the Bible, and this is the week we’ll be recording the videos.

When I originally wrote the book 30 Days to Understanding the Bible, it was intended as a “self-study” book. It has been used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world to learn the story and the doctrines of the Bible. This new companion video series is designed to make it easier for leaders to teach the book to groups.

I am excited to be able to make this new resource available for those of you who’re involved in discipleship ministries! Well, actually, I think everyone who’s interested in furthering their knowledge of the Scriptures will find it to be a fun and valuable resource! I’ll be sure to let you all know when it’s available; they’re projecting Spring 2020.

But getting back to the blog, I have been so happy to be sharing with you the truths we’ve been looking at these last several weeks. They have given me such confidence in my faith and in sharing the gospel, and my hope is that they will do the same for you in your own spiritual growth journey.

Even if you’ve never had your own doubts, gaining an understanding of these concerns and questions that unbelievers have, can go a long way toward knowledgable discussions with them.

I’ll be back next week and we’ll resume our series with Truth #4 on building confidence that what we believe is actually true!
