07 Dec Unlock Spiritual Potential
Socrates once said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.”
Questions to examine
- What would I say if I could go back to when I was my younger self and tell myself what I wish someone had told me then?
- What does it take to be a complete Christian – what would that look like?
- What will happen if I don’t cultivate an eternal perspective on life?
- What is the key to spiritual growth?
- What 3 things (only three!?!) do I need to know to really “know the Bible?”
If you’ve been following my blog for any length of time, you’ve probably considered these questions. How did you do with your answers?
Discussing the questions
Recently, I was interviewed by Bible Gateway (a web site that has over a quarter of a million views per month), discussing my newest book 30 Days to Growing In Your Faith, and, in that interview, I answered these very questions regarding spiritual growth that we’ve been looking into here on the blog.
If you’d like to review the answers to these questions (a “cliff notes” version, if you will, of our many “spiritual life examinations” on the blog), you can read the interview here. I think you’ll find it interesting and helpful.
And if you haven’t gotten a copy of 30 Days to Growing In Your Faith yet (which is currently on sale at 30% off), I encourage you to do so and deepen your understanding of the answers to these questions.
The book contains a treasure trove of information that can unlock spiritual potential for you.
We’re starting a study of the book in my Sunday School small group next week. We always have some very interesting discussions in that group! You may see some of the fruits of those discussions show up here on the blog in the near future!
You might consider studying 30 Days to Growing In Your Faith in a small group of your own where you can have discussions and interaction with others as you think through these issues.
Looking forward to seeing you next week!
