Returns & Refunds

  • Digital products (video courses and online courses): refund available within 15 days of the date of purchase.
  • Printed course manuals: refund available within 30 days of the date the manuals were delivered.

Money Back Guarantee

For the sale of certain products, the Company provides a money-back guarantee.  That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 15 days of the purchase for digital products (video courses and online courses), or within 30 days of delivery for printed course manuals. You may request your money back by emailing support@maxanders.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the product name, order number, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You are not required to submit any proof that you have completed any work or meet any other requirements.

We want you to be completely satisfied with any 7 Marks, Inc. product you purchase from us. Take the time allowed above to check them out and if you don’t believe they will meet your needs, we want to make it easy for you to return them for a refund. With that in mind here are the simple rules:

  • Tangible products should be returned in their original condition, with all of their original contents intact, postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns for refund will be refunded in the same manner as payment was received, for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund to the same debit card. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at 7 Marks.
  • Digital products (video courses and online courses) that you do not believe are helpful resources will be happily refunded. Simply notify us by email within 15 days of purchase at support@maxanders.com.  Please reference your Order# when requesting a refund. Your online access to the product ends once the refund is issued, and you agree to delete any materials you have downloaded.
  • Damaged or defective products will be happily replaced. Please inspect the contents of your order upon receipt and notify us at support@maxanders.com if there are any problems.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. Other than possible Bonus material specifically granted for you to retain, you shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
