Shipping & Delivery
At this time, 7 Marks, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States only. We do not ship to international locations.
Printed products
Printed items such as the Brave New Discipleship course manuals are printed on demand and shipped to you directly from our print partner. Orders are typically printed and shipped within a few business days of purchase.
- Standard shipping: $6.00 for orders up to $14.99, $9.00 for orders of $15.00 or more. Estimated delivery 12 to 14 business days.
- Expedited shipping: $21.00 for orders up to $14.99, $30.00 for orders of $15.00 or more. Estimated delivery 7 to 9 business days.
Delivery estimates include printing time and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Digital products and online courses
Digital products, video courses and online course access are delivered electronically and do not ship. Access is provided through your account on this website after your purchase is complete. The access period for each online course is stated on its product page (for example, lifetime access through your online account for the BNDS Video Courses, and 12 months for the UnCaptured Parent Course).
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at support@maxanders.com or 800-460-4409 and we will be happy to replace it.
